Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Staff Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Roy, UT to support the Sentinel program. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Preparing, developing and coordinating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives Ensuring compliant and accurate schedule changes Assembling and communicating schedule data in support of weekly business unit reviews Ensuring program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated Implementing scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to: DCMA/DECM Schedule Health Metrics and Analysis IPMDAR SPD generation and analysis DI-MGMT-81861B Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Critical Path Analysis Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) Schedule Performance, Health Metrics and Analysis Provides weekly status and reporting Tracking plans and schedules Creating, maintaining and validating schedule data Identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts Interfacing with all IMS stakeholders, including customers to ensure requirements and best practices are adequately addressed Leading weekly and monthly program meetings to develop and implement recovery plans to ensure the program meets its milestones and commitments Utilizing Gantt, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This position will be located in Roy, UT. #GBSDbusmgmt Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 15 years of related experience in program/project planning and scheduling, logistics or supply chain - OR - a Master's degree from an accredited university with 13 years of related experience in program/project planning and scheduling, logistics or supply chain. An additional 4 years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree. Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel. Experience with the following scheduling software: Primavera P6, Milestone Professional, Deltek. Proficient in MS Project. Experience with Resource Loading Schedules. EVMS experience, Schedule Management. Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA). Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret level security clearance. US citizenship is a prerequisite. Preferred Qualifications: Active DoD Secret level security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite. Experience in aerospace development and production projects Proposal experience including BOE development and program start-up Expert user of Primavera P6 Experience with Deltek Cobra, Acumen, SQL, and Primavera administration Salary Range: $111,400 USD - $167,000 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
