Description:We are looking for an energetic and tenacious
Simulation Education Technician to join our team at Joyce
University. With a preferred background in medical assisting or
CNA, someone in this role will provide technical support for all
simulation operations and recording devices and function as
Standardized Patient (non-invasive procedures only) for students to

- Understand the use and operation of multiple simulation
technologies
- Serve as simulator (manikin) operator running pre-programmed
scenarios with faculty instructors, assuring all equipment is set
up for the course.
- Support/assist in role playing applications (non-invasive
standardized patient), equipment placement and moulage set-up.
- Assist with prepping and set up of nursing skill and simulation
labs.
- Provide help to students in the medication room.
- Provide technical assistance, support and training to faculty,
instructors and staff in the use of simulation equipment, as
necessary.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and conduct

- Experience in a Health-related field is required
- CNA or MA is preferred
- Must be able to independently move equipment (less than 25
lbs.) and move manikins (more than 50 lbs.) with the assistance of
