SUMMARY**This job ensures performance expectations are met for
quality of services, turnaround time and cost with regard to the
contingent workforce lifecycle. This position will ensure that the
business and third parties comply with legal, regulatory,
compliance, security, access, contractual and other requirements,
as applicable. Primary tasks include investigating and resolving
issues impacting turnaround time; assisting in budget preparation,
purchase order management and cost control applicable to vendors;
and consulting with senior management as needed on escalations and
other issues impacting the business and management of their
contingent staffing.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**+ Investigate and
resolve issues hindering contingent workforce ability to deliver
expected services to the Organization (Day 1 productivity).Will
quickly identify what process steps should be taking place, define
and understand what process steps are happening/missing/broken, and
then work with appropriate parties to address the issues.
Addressing issues with internal partners such as Hiring Mangers,
Business Owners, Human Resources, enGen, HMHS, Compliance, ISRM,
Security, Legal or others. Routing issues with external partners
such as: Managed Services Provider (MSP), Vendor management System
(VMS) partners, staffing agencies, critical vendors, etc. to the
appropriate support personnel to ensure completion.Issues that
occur as a result of process or technological failures, will
require ticket submission that clearly describes the problem and
desired outcome as well as providing more information as needed to
help drive quick resolution.+ Generate and deliver reports for
operational and performance metrics related to functional
administration. Assists with contingent workforce data auditing and
compliance reporting.+ Maintain ongoing communication with
identifying and articulating problems to various staff members,
including senior staff members, outside venders, etc.+ Coordinate
periodic operational meetings with appropriate internal and
external partners to address issues.Frequency and duration of
meetings will vary based on needs.Agenda items should be defined in
advanced of each meeting.Action items assigned from prior meetings
should be tracked and followed-up to ensure resolution.+ Keep
management abreast of issues that endanger the organization's
compliance with applicable regulations or legal contracts, as well
as, any poor experience for a large number of
members.Communications should include a clear and concise
explanation of the problem, probable impact if action not taken,
and recommendation for how to resolve the issue.Due to complexity
of most issues, collaboration with staff from other departments and
/ or divisions of the organization, as well as, the vendor will be
required in order to comprehend the full extent of a the issue(s)
and develop feasible recommendations.+ Participate as a team member
in testing of new systems, enhancements to existing systems, and
production support.+ Maintain a thorough understanding of all
relevant company policies, state and federal regulations governing
contingent workforce needs.+ Utilize project management
methodologies, as an individual contributor and/or project lead on
medium to large-sized projects, to produce project deliverables.+
Other duties as assigned or requested.**EXPERIENCE****Required**+ 3
years in Business Analyst, Customer Service, Service Desk
Operations, or related field**Preferred**+ 1 year with Audit and
Compliance+ 1 year with Contingent Workforce Operations or Vendor
Management Operations**SKILLS**+ Demonstrated consultative,
interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation
skills+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives+
Exceptional analytical, prioritization, problem-solving,
presentation and planning skills+ Detail oriented and
self-motivated professional+ Strong customer service skills and/or
working level knowledge of healthcare industry+ Proficient with
Microsoft Office Suite**EDUCATION****Required**+ Associate's degree
**OR** 4 years of relevant, progressive experience in lieu of
degree**Preferred**+ 1 year in Audit and Compliance+ 1 year of
Contingent Workforce Operations or Vendor Management

determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's
qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as
internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The
