We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist. This person will be responsible for securing and shipping cranes. A high level of accuracy and detail is necessary. This position involves lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-- Performs weekly counts of inventory crane build material-- Create purchase orders for material needed-- Send requisitions out for quote-- Manage stock material out of inventory sheets as required-- Order and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory-- Accuracy of all paperwork produced-- Assist supervision/management as needed-- Filling out, out of inventory sheets-- Follow company policies, guidelines, and work instructions-- Warehouse work as needed (Cleanliness & Organization)-- Check in steel orders-- Verifies quantity and quality of orders-- Verifies items received with purchase order and receivers-- Process UPS and FedEx Shipments-- Deliver and retrieves supplies to and from work storage areas; tags and issues supplies-- Stock shelves and rotates inventory-- Foster a positive work environment and promote a high level of company moraleRequired Skills/Abilities-- Computer proficiency-- Able to lift up to 50 lbs-- Must pass drug test-- Must pass background checkEducation and Experience-- High School Diploma-- Valid Driver's License-- Clean Driving Record-- Forklift certified or able to complete forklift certification course-- Overhead Crane Operator training/certificate requiredWork EnvironmentThis is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
