Mission Assurance Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse
individuals. This position will be located Clearfield, Utah.As
quality engineering, we define and monitor mission assurance
program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of
programs. We assure quality, risk management, safety, reliability
and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and
suppliers are in accordance with contractual requirements. We
assess program performance and risks, and help to determine
resources to ensure contract compliance. Do you enjoy solving

Analyst or Principal Quality Analyst Mission Assurance depending on
the qualifications below.Responsibilities include the
following:Authoring documentation to instruct operations on
successful execution of quality requirementsManage and coordinate
non-conformance containment and corrective action implementation
activitiesLead data collection, analysis, and customer
interfaceWrite and manage risk mitigation actions and assuring
their implementation.Contribute to design change control reviews
and implementationSupport internal audits, process observations and
area assessmentsEstablish and maintain collaboration partnership
across functions and programs, customers, program management, and
other support organizationsOur team is exceptionally

Analyst:Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of Quality Engineering and
or Mission Assurance related work experience; OR a Master's
DegreeKnowledge of Inspection Plans and First Article
InspectionsAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and
Special Program AccessPrincipal Quality Analyst:Bachelor's Degree
and 6+ years of Quality Engineering and or Mission Assurance
related work experience; OR a Master's Degree and 2+ years of work
experienceKnowledge of Inspection Plans and First Article
InspectionsAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and
Special Program AccessPreferred Qualifications:Prior manufacturing
experienceAbility to read and interpret GD&T drawingsKnowledge
of Root Cause and Corrective Action methodsKnowledge of continuous
improvement principlesBackground in CompositesWork schedule:Opening
on A, B & C shiftsMust be willing to work any shiftWork schedules
can vary, with the following shift options:Shift A Monday -
Thursday 10 hr per shift- 6:00 pm - 4:30 pmShift B Monday -
Thursday 10 hr shift 3:30pm - 2:00 amShift C Friday - Sunday 12 hr
shift 6:00 am - 6:30 pm-Salary Range: $60,600 USD - $90,800
USDSalary Range 2: $74,600 USD - $111,800 USDEmployees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual
bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as
allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice
President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
