Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal/Sr Principal
Proposal Analyst. This position will be located in Roy, Utah.
What You'll Get To Do:
Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the
following:
Planning, scheduling, developing, reviewing and submitting
proposals that effectively represent our strategy and baseline
while limiting non-compliances and weaknesses.
Collaborating with other team members to compile cost, schedule,
and technical elements in accordance with request for proposal
(RFP) requirements.
Leading/supporting proposal activities of diverse and inclusive
teams with high levels of engagement.
Lead and develop small to large new business cost proposals,
including coordination, collection and analysis of cost, schedule,
and technical elements from multi-functional departments
Create and present cost issues and risks to senior and executive
leadership
Represent the organization in contract negotiations, drive
improvements to the negotiation process, and advise leadership on
our cost and risk position
Strategic focus oriented, including ability to evaluate, integrate,
and communicate cost issues and risks to senior and executive
management
Must have persistence and tenacity to meet deadlines in a
challenging, multi-tasking environment
Excellent communications skills and leadership competencies
This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule
allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday
to take every other Friday off.

Job Qualifications:
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Principal Proposal Analyst: 6 years of experience with bachelors; 4
years with Masters, 4 additional years of experience managing
complex projects in lieu of degree
Sr Principal Proposal Analyst: 10 years of experience with
bachelors; 8 years with Masters, 4 additional years of experience
managing complex projects in lieu of degree
US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Special Access Program
(SAP)
Active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the
last 6 years.
Experience in Pricing & Estimating, Proposal Management, Business
Management, Subcontracts, and/or Contract Management,
Experience reviewing, understanding, and responding to customer
requests for proposal (RFPs).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience leading and working on proposal team(s).
Analytical and detail oriented with strong project management
skills.
Persistence and tenacity to meet deadlines in a challenging,
multi-tasking environment.
Ability to understand and apply established proposal processes.
Experience building trusted relationships with proposal teams.

Salary Range: $74,600 USD - $111,800 USD
Salary Range 2: $92,400 USD - $138,600 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
