Space Systems is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join
the Flight Systems Team (FST). This position is located in Roy, UT
and supports the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. A
competitive relocation package may be offered.What You'll Get To
Do:The selected candidate will be part of the FST System Test Team
supporting development of the On-Board Test Equipment (OBTE).
Specific roles and duties include:Design, develop, and implement
testing methods and equipment.Plan and arrange labor, schedules,
and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and
special devices.Compile data and define changes required in test
equipment, test procedures, or new test requirements.Test planning,
execution, reporting, and integration support.Perform data analysis
against requirements and interfaces for each software build or
hardware componentInterface with software developers and systems
engineers in support of verificationPrepare detailed test reports
and support formal verification of the systemProduct integration,
regression, and verification testing including checkout in system
test labs.Short- and long-term integration planning and execution
of multiple concurrent baselines. This includes integrating
subsystem functionality into system capabilities per design with an
emphasis on system stability and performanceParticipating in
technical exchange meetings, interfacing with customers
(internal/external) and contributing to a broad range of program
deliverables.The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced
work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse
assignments, collaborative/team settings across all
levels.Integrating hardware from sub-system teams, interface with
other elements, and the system and segment level teamsApply the
principles of engineering to design components and systems using
applicable standards and specificationsSupport all phases of the

Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science,
Technology, Engineering and Math) discipline and 5 years of
experience; 3 years with Master's Degree; 0 years with PhDSoftware
and/or Hardware testing experienceExcellent communication,
interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels
of employees and managementWorks well in a team
environmentProficiency in MS OfficeMust have US Citizenship with an
Active DoD Secret clearance, granted or re-investigated within last
6 yearsThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Automated Test
experience (development and execution)Agile experienceExperience
with Model Based System Engineering with an understanding of DODAF
and SysMLProficiency in DOORS and CameoExperience designing and
setting up a Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) type
test labActive DoD Top Secret/SCI level clearance, granted or
re-investigated within last 6 years#GBSDelectricalSalary Range:
$90,400 USD - $135,600 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including
