Pay and Benefits

Pay Range from $28.38 - $39.64 based on skills and experience.

Excellent Benefits Package including Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Plan.

1.5x pay over 8 hours, over 40 hours and weekends.

1.5x pay on holidays, plus additional overtime over 8 hours on holidays.

Uniforms provided.

Up to 100 paid training hours annually for technicians to advance through the progressive skill levels.

Stipend for safety shoes, safety glasses and tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, replace mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all plant equipment and facilities.

Use maintenance knowledge to increase productivity, decrease downtime and waste.

Work with a sense of urgency to respond to machine downtime events.

Will be required to complete in-house training programs to develop equipment specific maintenance skills. The position may also require attendance at external training that may require occasional overnight travel.

Must be able to follow all safety and company policies that include lock-out tag-out procedures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years experience successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.

Understanding of 3 phase 480 volt electrical systems and components

Understanding of electrical control circuits and diagrams to perform troubleshooting

Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams to perform troubleshooting

Must be willing to pursue ongoing technical training to enhance capabilities.

Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.

Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Must have own basic industrial maintenance tools.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


Technical degree in related field

Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry.

2 to 5 years of practical application experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance functions.

Allen Bradley PLC programming certifications

Electro-mechanical engineering experience

Project management certifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Excellent communication skills.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
