This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 6 years of experience; 4 years with a Master's degreeActive Secret Clearance or higher investigated within the past 6 years1 year of experience with large program logistics including; Availability, Cost, Reliability/Reliability Centered maintenance (RCM)1 year of experience with Integrated Master Schedule and Cost Account Management1 year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against scheduleU.S. Citizenship requiredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience with Mathematical Modeling, Statistics, and/or OptimizationDevelopment and/or application of analytic methodologies to predict or calculate metricsSoftware scripting experience to automate analytics (python, ruby, C++, VBA, etc.)Experience on a Model Based Systems Engineering activity / programExperience with Systems Engineering Requirement definition and verification planningExperience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)Experience with basic systems engineering toolset and languages (e.g. DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, UML, SysML)Experience with Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Testability requirements and analysisfamiliarity with Reliasoft,Excellent oral and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

"This position reports to Roy, UT, USA, however, this position can also be worked from Huntsville, AL, AL, USA.Salary Range: $127,700 USD - $191,500 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
