Systems has an opening for a Mission Assurance Analyst to join our
team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in
Clearfield, Utah.As quality engineering, we define and monitor
mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure
mission success of programs. We assure quality, risk management,
safety, reliability, and maintainability of program achievements,
subcontractors, and suppliers are in accordance with contractual
requirements. In addition, we assess program performance and risks
and help to determine resources to ensure contract compliance.Do

qualifications below, this role may be filled as an Associate
Quality Analyst or a Quality Analyst.Responsibilities include the
following:Authoring documentation to instruct operations on the
successful execution of quality requirementsManage and coordinate
nonconformance containment and corrective action implementation
activitiesLead data collection, analysis, and customer
interfaceWrite and manage risk mitigation actions and ensure their
implementationContribute to design change control reviews and
implementationSupport internal audits, process observations, and
area assessmentsEstablish and maintain collaborative partnerships
across functions, programs, customers, program management, and
other support organizationsDevelop and implement program quality
inspection plans,Work with the Engineering team to ensure that part
requirements are correctly described and documented in the
production work plansParticipate with corrective action or
improvement teams and promote the use of data to assist in the
improvement effortProcessing of MRB nonconformancesSupports the
Program, Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams with data
analytics for improvement processes.Our team is exceptionally

balance.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:Associate Quality
AnalystBachelor's degree and no years of experience; or a high
school diploma and four years of experience in related fields or
composite manufacturing, quality, and/or mission assuranceActive
DOD Secret Security Clearance was last investigated within 5 1/2
years, and the ability to obtain special program accessExperience
conveying technical information (both written and verbal)Experience
with M.S. Word, Excel, and PowerPointQuality AnalystActive DOD
Secret Security Clearance was last investigated within 5 1/2 years,
and the ability to obtain special program accessBachelor's Degree
and 2+ years of Quality Engineering, Quality, and/or Mission
Assurance related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree a
minimum of 5 years in quality or mission assurance required; or a
Master's DegreeKnowledge of Inspection Plans and First Article
InspectionsPreferred Qualifications:Prior manufacturing
experienceAbility to read and interpret GD&T drawingsKnowledge
of Root Cause and Corrective Action methodsKnowledge of continuous
improvement principlesBackground in CompositesWork schedule:Opening
on B shiftMust be willing to work any shiftWork schedules can vary,

$60,600 USD - $90,800 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are

or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
