Electrical Designer(Junior and Senior level openings)Direct Hire, Full Time -Salt Lake City, Utah (Monday - Friday Onsite Position) -Salary Target $65,000 - $120,000 annual salary DOE -Job Description:Work alongside other designers and engineers to help build new technology for mineral mining. This will be cutting edge with materials to support the growing electric vehicle and similar industries. Assist electrical and controls engineers in all phases of wiring, control panel layout, assembly, design, schematics, component selection and documentation. Generate 3D models for cable management equipment placement, cable routing and similar.The first few months, this will be setup in what seems to be a startup environment with shared office spaces within co-location facilities. It will have a startup feel to it, and quickly changing priorities as job assignment vary daily. Then will migrate within 6-9 months to more formal offices after the teams have been built up. You must be someone who takes initiative and can stay on task without much distraction.Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience with Electrical Design
• Expertise with AutoCAD
  • AutoCAD electrical toolbox
  • Other CAD software design systems
  • Control panel design, circuit breakers, feeder line sizing for low voltage systems
  • Experience with placement and routing of conduit, cable trays, ladders, and electrical components
  • Electrical Engineering standards and codes such as NEC, NFPA, IEC, UL
  • Knowledge or experience with designing within the chemical process industries
  • Degree or technical schoolingBonus / Soft Skills:

    • Willing to share ideas and listen to others ideas in a small team environment
