They will review proposal specifications and drawings and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate. Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in heavy civil construction
• Experience bidding self-performing earthwork and underground utility projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering preferred
• Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and numerically accurate
