history.Northrop Grumman is looking for a Trainer Production 3/4 to
join our team in Clearfield, UT.The Trainer Production performs job
training, skills training, and some classroom training in ASTAR
Training Center as well as assembly and production areas.
Participates in the development and implementation of new training
programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for
manufacturing areas. Maintains rosters of training progress,
examination records, and certification records and may monitor
trainees.This position may be filled at a Level 3 or Level 4 based
on the qualifications outlined below.Level 3Basic
Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 4 years
of experience in operations or manufacturing with at least 2 years
as an instructor.Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance, not
required to apply.Able to read and interpret schematics, assembly
drawings, process specifications, technical manuals, written
instructions, test procedures, etc.This position requires the
ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work
to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up
to 50 pounds and working overhead.Experience with hydraulic parts,
assemblies, components, and systems in an aerospace, automotive,
military, manufacturing and/or maintenance environmentExperienced
in/familiarity with training systems or programsAbility and
experience in analyzing, designing, and developing publications and
training materialsPreferred Qualifications:Strong background in
electrical and hydraulics systemsExperience with MES Manufacturing
Execution systemsRead and Interpret blueprintsInspection
criteriaCompliance knowledgeLevel 4Basic Qualifications:High School

criteriaCompliance knowledgeSalary Range: $44,800 USD - $74,600
USDSalary Range 2: $53,300 USD - $88,800 USDEmployees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual
bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as
allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice
President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
