A company is looking for a Small Business Sales Distribution
Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Small Business Sales and verticals, including
talent management and succession planning
Develop and expand Small Business Programs, collaborating with key
business partners
Manage relationships with online distributors, Small Commercial
Programs, and aggregators
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Accounting or
related field, with MBA or other graduate degree preferred, or
equivalent
Minimum of 12-15 years of sales or industry experience, with 5-8
years of management experience
Experience managing agency relationships and developing agent
segmentation strategies
Experience developing/delivering marketing and agent engagement
promotions
