The successful candidate will be a critical part of our team, ensuring the smooth running of our operations by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our advanced machinery and equipment. Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on equipment and machinery to identify and diagnose faults, ensuring the longevity and optimal performance of our assets.2. Utilize NDT Level 2 skills to perform detailed examinations of our equipment, interpreting and analyzing results to provide recommendations for improvements.3. Retrofit, upgrade, and modify equipment to improve efficiency and productivity, working closely with the engineering team to implement changes.4. Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.5. Read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints to understand equipment layouts and diagnose potential issues.6. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, ensuring the longevity of our machinery and equipment.7. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.8. Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.Qualifications:1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the Engineering industry.2. Certified NDT Level 2 Technician with proven experience in non-destructive testing techniques.3. Demonstrated experience in retrofitting and troubleshooting complex machinery and equipment.4. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics and blueprints.5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.6. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.7. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to share knowledge and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.8.
