surrounding community, including the following service lines:
cardiac, NICU, orthopedics, behavioral health, skilled nursing,
acute rehab, as well as many others.-- St. Mark's is the oldest
running hospital in Utah with rich traditions and a reputation for
excellent patient care and quality outcomes.-- St. Mark's Hospital
is nestled at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains and only a
stone---s throw away from many national parks, including Moab,
Zion, Canyonlands, etc.--Operates, maintains and repairs HVAC and
related equipment throughout the hospital and its affiliated
buildings. Monitors/maintains system to ensure a comfortable,
efficient environment for all visitors, patients and staff. May
assume responsibilities of Director/Supervisor in their absence
related to daily plant operations.--Under general supervision,
conducts preventative maintenance, repair, installation, and
commissioning and general servicing of systems (including detailed
troubleshooting of systems). Responsible for high levels of
customer satisfaction through direct, on site, customer interface.
Mentors mechanical technicians on building automation activities.
Properly completes required project and service documentation.
Sign-on Bonus up to 5K for candidates with experience.
----Qualifications Education:-- High School Diploma or GED
- Two plus years experience in maintaining HVAC system in
hospital or office--building similar in size and with similar
- Able to install, maintain and repair HVAC equipment.-- Able to
read blueprints accurately, trace electrical control systems,
adjust valves.-- Able to use computerized energy management system.
