Job Description:
Our client is a fast-growing and award-winning SaaS company that
helps organizations enhance their employee operations with their
intuitive software solution. As a company that's constantly
developing new tools, they have continued to advance their market
share nationally and are currently looking for an ambitious Sales
Development Rep to join their team in Draper!Responsibilities:*
Prospect over the phone and online to targeted accounts engaging
Director, C-level and similar contacts* Develop leads through
online research and using their internal Salesforce database* Use
consultative sales skills to set high-level appointments for
Account Executives* Learn SaaS sales process to earn promotion to
full-cycle roleRequirements:* 1 - 4 years B2B phone sales
experience* Previous SDR/BDR experience in a SaaS environment a big
plus!* Experience with Salesforce* Experience calling into the
public sector a plusCompensation:* $45-50K Base + Commission =
$70-75K OTE* Fun, high-impact, and fast paced environment* Medical,
Dental, 401k
