Description:Processing cargo claims for lost and damaged claims filed by customers via website and calls. Agents will make the decision on if the lost or damaged claim gets paid or rejected based on the criteria that is given them. Will be working through two systems with 2 monitors to ensure that all the information is included and matches up.Get letter set up to notify customer of the decision.
