    A Day in the Life of The Sales Development Representative
    As the SDR, you will focus on sales prospecting, reaching out to leads, qualifying them, and guiding them further along the sales funnel. Your job is to chase down new business opportunities, then engage and build high-quality relationships with potential customers. Youll maintain a positive attitude while contributing to the companys revenue, reputation, and growth.
    Responsibilities include:
    • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
    • Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services.
    • Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
    • Maintain creativity and latitude as a key sales liaison for the team and customer.
    • Identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
      Qualifications
      • BS or BA degree preferred but not required.
      • 0-2 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably with cloud and/or SaaS expertise
      • Knowledge of technology education trends and typical enterprise technology skill needs
      • Demonstrated ability to sell enterprise solutions in a 100% remote environment through strong digital selling skills, including effective written communication, social selling, and engaging online presentations
      • Significant exposure in cold calling, pre-sales, and lead generation.
      • Possess good communication and negotiation skills to handle the key accounts.
