Job DescriptionAlpine is looking for qualified candidates for the following position out of our North Salt Lake office:Sales ProfessionalSalary $40-50K a year with a monthly commission based upon performanceQualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations
• Track record of exceeding sales goals
• Solid reading, writing, and math skills
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency at using Word, spreadsheets, the internet, CRM programs, and smartphones
• Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Possession and maintenance of a valid state driver's and a safe driving record
• Work requires significant local travel
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel
• 3+ years experience in B2B sales
• Manual dexterity is needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks
• Experience in sales
• Being able to develop strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, commercial and government referral sources
• Professional communication skills with a proven track record of business development
• Metric oriented for both client service data and individual accountability
• Dependable, self-starter who understands the urgency required to help affected clients
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and driver's license checkResponsibilities
  • Present and sell ALPINE services to current and potential clients as directed by VP of Sales
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Daily route marketing
  • Daily entry of notes into Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Identify and network with new sales prospects
  • Work as a team with local operations to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the success of the entire ALPINE organization
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles, and practices
  • Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
  • Attend ALPINE sponsored operations and safety training courses as required
  • Standing for extended periods of time
  • You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability
  • You will be required to attend client meetings and trade shows as appropriate
  • Attend marketing events as required, distribute marketing material as needed
  • Set up and take down Marketing displays as needed
  • Provide quantitative data to support results of Marketing events to management
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of ALPINE services, industry trends, and competitive information
  • Actively participate in key local industry groups and associations
  • Identify and resolve client concerns in order to grow overall sales
