We are currently looking to hire aFull-Time Outbound Sales Representative.If you're interested in joining our team, please apply!
Responsibilities:
-Place outbound sales calls within 3 days after the estimate is given by a technician.
-Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales to achieve sales and productivity objectives.
-50k monthly sales quota
-Membership renewal - 25% renewal rate is the company goal
-Responsible for understanding company and team needs and helping work collaboratively to achieve goals.
-Outbound Rep is responsible for each job toclear notes, tagging, and pinning themselves to jobs.
-Adhere to clear future notes left by techs in the field. Responsible for leaving a clear future on sold jobs. Who is to collect, method of payment, etc.
-Give all of our customers a WOW experience!



Qualifications:
-At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
- Understanding of HVAC industry a plus
-An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
-Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
-Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
-Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
-Previous cold calling experience is recommendedPay:$15/hr+ DOE, plus opportunities for commissions.
