Sales Enablement Specialist, Acquisition
The most exciting and enticing Sales Enablement Team in the world is hiring! We need a talented, highly motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing Ground-Floor Retail Team. This individual must live within traveling distance of the Snap Finance home office located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
As Sales Enablement Specialist, you will take a lead role in delivering key company messaging to the Field Sales team while helping to shape the way we implement change-driven initiatives and major business rollouts. You will own impactful projects and reporting initiatives that ultimately help drive the bottom line of a thriving organization and support the growth and success of our sales agents. Your input, ideas, and creativity will be pivotal in helping us to craft meaningful and engaging sales training content. The Job

Take the lead in delivering impactful, engaging, and accurate company and change-related communications to the Ground Floor Retail Sales Team
Develop your skills working with top-tier professionals in an outstanding cultural atmosphere
Take an active role in onboarding Sales new hires. This will include managing new hire logistics, building, and facilitating effective content, and evaluation
Create unique, entertaining, and fun content to help teach the Ground Floor Retail team about new and exciting opportunities
Monitor, create and deliver consistent KPI-driven reporting on various projects utilizing various platforms, including Microsoft Excel
Support the Project Management efforts for Ground Floor Retail
Engage in your career path and have an active role in your professional future at Snap Finance

You

2+ years of experience working in a Corporate Specialist role, preferably related to Sales
1+ Years of experience working in Sales or a People/Service-Related industry (Such as retail or serving)
Have clear, concise, engaging communication skills, both written and verbal
Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and Teams
Maintain unrelenting attention to detail with a passion for design
Have strong organizational and multitasking skills: Be proactive, positive, maintain strong follow-through, and remain highly professional in all interactions
Want to work for a fast-paced, growing, and changing organization poised to dominate its industry

Preferred Skills

Bachelors Degree
Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or Canva Pro Experience
Project Management Software Experience (Smartsheet, Monday, Wrike, etc.)
Knowledge of the SPIN selling method
