Green District is a Louisville-based fast-casual salad restaurant that is rapidly expanding across multiple markets (including: Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, & Florida in 2022). We are looking for a Field Agent in our new Midvale, UT market!Our mission is to make healthy food fast, fresh, and accessible. Check us out at www.gdsalads.com or on Instagram @GDsalads!SummaryReporting to the Market President and Market Development Coordinator, you will represent Green District as a non-traditional sales rep. As a Field Agent, your main priority is to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty in a specific market through sales and marketing tactics of Green District.You will increase sales and awareness by improving customer loyalty in stores, managing B2B relations, creating territory catering sales plans, implementing national programs, and activating brand marketing assets.You'll need enthusiasm for the sales and marketing environment, and the endless fascination of individual/team participation that shape it. If you love creating relationships, supporting your community, and building your network, this is the role for you.All the responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Be a Brand and Product Ambassador

  • Establish relationships with influencers and partners, spreading affinity and enthusiasm for Green District
  • Grow the customer base by positive trial and awareness through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time. This will include store Grand Openings and market opportunities
  • Build your personal reputation within the store communities based on your market knowledge of the fast casual restaurant industry and latest trends
  • Drive the brand engagement on your Social Media handles via authentic contentBusiness Consultant
    • Make every appointment with your partners and customers the highlight of their day
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing to open new distribution points for Green District within your territory and beyond to achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals
    • Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreementsExecutional Excellence
      • Take full responsibility for individual and catering sales and marketing activities in your market

        • High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree or higher education preferred.
        • 2+ years of retail, customer service, or similar experience preferred.
        • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
        • Outgoing personality and desire to meet new people.
        • Must be a self-starter.
        • Basic MS Office skill set required
        • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
        • Must be willing and able to travel as needed to the Green District stores up to 25%.
          • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
          • Must value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love working in a creative working atmosphere
