DentalQore -American Fork, Utah 84003 -Full-time -___________________________________________________________________________ - -The Opportunity -DentalQore is a practice growth and technology company that is looking for a full-time, high-energy, client-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for finding and qualifying potential clients. The SDR is the first point of contact between our company and prospective clients. Therefore, it is essential for an SDR to clearly convey the value of DentalQore's products while building trust and rapport. The SDR we seek will be a motivated, sales-oriented individual who is ambitious and potentially interested in eventually advancing into a Sales Account Executive position. - -Job Description -An SDR is responsible for scheduling a time for offices located throughout the United States to listen to an online web presentation about our services. This position is the perfect fit for anyone who enjoys talking with people. You should be no stranger to making phone calls. So, the ability to communicate well on the phone is a must! We are searching for candidates who are driven to succeed and have the desire to progress within our company while working in a high-energy, team-based environment. If you feel you would be a good candidate for this position, we would love to hear from you! - - -DentalQore's SDR role is a full-time position with an annual salary of $40K - plus bonuses. How the bonuses work: Get paid $5 to $15 for each completed appointment and $20 for every appointment that converts into a client. - -Shift: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., at our beautiful office in American Fork, Utah. - -Responsibilities - -- Prospect and schedule six opportunities a day to support the Account Executive Team -- Partner with our Account Executive Team to transfer warm connections -- Perform a minimum of 160 outbound calls each workday -- Meet and exceed quotas pertaining to the quantity and quality of work that you perform on a consistent basis- Provide a positive and lasting impression while you serve as DentalQore's first point of contact with prospects - -Qualifications - -- High School Diploma or GED required, some higher education preferred - -- One year of related or customer service-related experience - -- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic - -- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - -- Ability to meet and/or surpass goals - -- Set up high-quality meetings in which the value of the offering has been clearly explained - -- Experience with articulating value propositions via phone and email - -Why DentalQore - -- Room to grow! -- Enjoy the open gym, physical therapy sessions and massages at our on-site Health and Wellness Center -- Corporate passes for TopGolf, Sundance Mountain Ski Resort (including ZipTours) and Fox Hollow Golf Club -- A Salt Lake Bees baseball suite that gives our team members the opportunity to attend home games for free! -- Our break room features a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine (all-you-can-drink, free soda), two Keurig coffee machines and a Nintendo Switch -- From time to time, our team members are treated to a complimentary lunch -- Ranked on Inc.
