eReplacementParts.com is one of the largest online retailers of power tool, appliance, lawn and garden, and other replacement parts for homes and businesses.As we continue to experience growth, we are seeking a capable Purchasing Associate to support our company's operations.The position will require FT hours Monday- Friday, no weekends, and paid holidays.Job Duties: - Create purchase orders to be sent to our vendors - Confirm with vendors product availability, prices, part numbers, and quantities - Check on the availability and shipping information of back ordered parts - Maintain strong vendor relationships - Scan and process packing slips - Ad hoc projects as assigned - Invoice processingJob Requirements: - Experience in an office environment - Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time - Previous customer service experience - Excellent attendance, reliability, and written and verbal communicationSkills: - Multi-tasking - Microsoft Excel - Web navigation - Flexibility - Attention to detail - Independent - Problem solving PI202076141
