Job DescriptionEpic Training Center offers top quality instruction for kids in Gymnastics, Tumbling, Ninja, and various styles of Dance.This position is both a marketing position as well as a front desk customer service position. We are looking for someone to help manage and organize our marketing efforts to reach more clients that also enjoys working with those clients directly on a retail level once they walk through our front door or reach out to us through e-mail and social media. This person will be the main representative of our company from the clients perspective so were looking for someone who is good with people, has clear communication skills, and is good at authentic low pressure salesmanship.Prior experience with in-person customer service is required. As for marketing, we would like to see either prior experience or significant formal education with a marketing focus. A finished degree is not required. Please detail any experience you have with marketing related skills, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Photography, Graphic Design, Web Design, etc.Front desk duties include (but are not limited to):- Managing customers accounts and answering questions in person, over the phone/texting, and through social media.- Enrolling students in classes- Taking payments- Following up on leads from our marketing efforts- Various office and administrative tasksMarketing duties include (but are not limited to)- Acting as the liaison between our company and our marketing vendors- Scheduling and organizing our marketing calendar- Gathering/creating resources for our marketing efforts (photos, graphic design, etc.)- Designing marketing materials (fliers, handouts, social media posts, etc.)- Coordinating with management and product managers to determine marketing needs- Keeping our website up to date- Making regular social media postsJob requirements- Strong communication and people skills- Ability to sell our products and services without being salesy- At least 3 years experience with in-person customer service- Prior experience in marketing, or, formal education with a focus on marketing (finished degree not required)Hours per week: 20-25Schedule: Mon-Thu 3:45p-8:30p, Fri 3:45-7:30pPay: $13-$16/hourJob Type: Part-timeby Jobble
