Job Description:

Nesco Resource is hiring for a Customer Service Representative at a great Custom Countertops Company in Salt Lake City, UT


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
This position is 100% On-Site in Taylorsville UT.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  
• High School Diploma with 1 2 years of customer service experience in a similar industry
  
• Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn other software programs
  
• Ability to solve problems as they arise
  
• Strong understanding of measurements and fractions
  
  Duties and Responsibilities:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Inputs orders/quotes into the computer system and confirms the availability of the product
    
  • Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the customer, using mail or telephone.
    
  • Responds to inquiries and complaints, and coordinate activities with other departments as necessary; escalate complaints to supervisor as required
    
  • Establishes proactive communication with customers to ensure understanding of product ordered
    
  • Handles quality and service issues to develop/maintain customer loyalty
    
  • Ensures orders are priced accurately and invoices are issued promptly
    
  • Resolves pricing/invoicing/credit/payment/shipping discrepancies for customers with the appropriate department(s)
    
  • Ensures that orders are put into production on time to meet pickup and delivery schedules
    
  • May handle warranty and service issues as they arise
    
  • Other duties as assigned
