We need someone with excellent customer service skills and employee benefits experience. We need someone who is driven to provide the highest level of Customer Service. We are looking for someone who demonstrates integrity, high ethics, accountability, responsibility, initiative, sense of urgency and willing to be a team player. -Duties Include:

• Accurately respond to and/or appropriately assess all inbound calls/emails and questions for the Insurance Agency
  • Process requests for service, timely and accurately
  • Keep records of client calls, email, and other interactions
  • Performing other miscellaneous projects, assignments, and duties as assignedRequired Skills:
    • 1-3 years experience in the Employee Benefit space
    • 1-3 years customer service experience
    • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Self-starter with minimal supervision
    • Able to work independently and in a team environment
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)Preferred Skills (not required):
