While working with guests you will

  • Present to the Hilton Grand Vacations guests our ownership products to potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.
  • Welcome clients and present luxury ownership products to potential buyers.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness by utilizing various forms of communication (ie: email, telephone and written correspondence)
  • Participate in sales trainings and meetings for key information on outstanding HGV products and related updates.
  • Utilize selling concepts promoted at HGV.
  • Generate referral leads with each new customer
  • Promote a positive, fun, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies

    Outstanding Candidates We're Looking For:

    • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays.
    • Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services sector is a plus but not required
    • Communication & partnership skills
    • A sharp professional image with the ambition to make things happen.
    • Experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products is a plus.
