Salesperson - Industrial Fabrication & CNC Machining

We are seeking a results-driven salesperson to grow and manage sales in industrial fabrication, CNC machining, and custom metal fabrication. This role involves prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, OEMs, and related industries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored fabrication and machining solutions.
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and technical sales materials.
Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure project feasibility and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and machining technologies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in fabrication, CNC machining, or metalworking.
Strong technical understanding of fabrication processes, blueprint reading, and machining capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
