EXPERIENCE OR DEGREE IS REQUIRED! We are seeking a dependable and
detail-oriented Electronic Monitoring Case Manager to oversee
individuals placed on electronic monitoring programs. This role is
responsible for client supervision, compliance monitoring, field
work, documentation, and coordination with courts and justice
partners. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and
comfortable working with justice-involved populations. AMP is

challenges. Responsibilities Supervise clients assigned to
electronic monitoring (GPS, alcohol monitoring, or related
programs) Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and remove electronic
monitoring equipment Monitor alerts, violations, and compliance
data in real time Respond to violations according to established
policies and court directives Conduct field visits, curfew checks,
and equipment checks as required Maintain accurate case notes,
reports, and documentation Communicate professionally with courts,
attorneys, law enforcement, and treatment providers Educate clients
on program rules, expectations, and compliance requirements Collect
fees and process payments when applicable Maintain confidentiality
and comply with all state, court, and company policies Receive
service requests from AMP dispatch staff via phone, text, and email
to place monitors on clients at jails. Qualifications High school
diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
(criminal justice, social work, or related field) Experience in
probation, parole, corrections, case management, or electronic
monitoring preferred Strong communication, documentation, and
time-management skills Ability to work independently and make sound
decisions in the field Comfortable with technology, mobile devices,
and monitoring software Valid drivers license and reliable
transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug
