New therapists receive: Amazing integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation and evaluations Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed What You'll Do As the OT, you'll treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting, including: Functional ADL retraining and adaptive strategies Transfer training (all levels) Fall prevention and safety training Treatment of clinically complex patients Discharge planning and care coordination Supervision of a COTA (as needed) Collaboration with nursing, PT, ST, and facility staff Benefits Medical / Dental / Vision 401(k) with employer match Up to 3.5 weeks PTO per year Continuing education reimbursement up to $750/year Flexible scheduling and a team that works with you Requirements Current OT license in good standing (Washington or another state), with the ability/willingness to obtain a Washington OT license Degree from an accredited OT program Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population Ability to supervise a COTA SNF experience preferred - but not required If you're caring, motivated, and licensed, we'll support your growth Relocation We are open to relocation assistance for entry-level therapists, based on individual circumstances.
